To make sure PDing is a safe community for everyone, we are required to have all creators sharing sexually explicit creations or creations that include nudity agree to certain additional requirements.

If you are an Adult/ 18+ creator, then you agree to verify that you are over the age of 18 through the means requested by us, to verify that each person depicted in your creations is over the age of 18, and to obtain each such person’s written consent to participate in your creations.

This consent form template is for verifying that each person depicted in your creations is over the age of 18 and for obtaining each such person’s written consent to participate in your creations.

You do not need to proactively send PDing the completed forms. However, when it is necessary to do so, PDing may request that you provide this information to PDing. Upon request from payment companies and government agencies, PDing may share this data to prove compliance with the rules.
